After wandering across the globe and practiced a multitude of trades, Philippe settled in Nantes and opened the Shefferville Café. Why Shefferville? In reference to its Canadian years, pardi! This man is globe-trotter and touch-all. It is particularly welcoming and anxious to satisfy its clientele. Shefferville is a place dedicated to bagels, brownie, cheesecakes and other cakes carrots. You will have understood it, a cuisine with the accents of Uncle Sam. Eat on site or to take away. What we love in Shefferville is the many varieties of bread: nature, poppy, sesame, spinach, cheese and pepper, garlic, olives-olives, complete or cinnamon-grape. A wide range of toppings must be combined with a wide range of dishes from the standard cream cheese to the vegetarian standard (cream cheese, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, egg) and the superior Manitoba (guacamole, turkey, bacon, rocket, tomato, BBQ sauce). A dozen combinations modifiable to wish. Side dessert, a sweet bagel or a pancake should delight you. Breakfast of the week and Sunday brunch are a great success: rich, delicious and cheap!
