La Ripaille, this restaurant presents fast and quality services. At the same time sandwich shop, but also snacks on the inch (ample) in full heart of the pedestrian streets of the neighborhood in Bouffay. This eatery also attracts visitors. Here you have the opportunity to taste dishes prepared with fresh ingredients: the specialties are the sandwiches with the marinated meat (beef, lamb, aglet of duck, Thai chicken, filet mignon...) and grilled of plancha. The sandwiches are made of tradition bread of cereals cooks on the spot. Customers can feast on the marinated meats while benefitting from the heated terrace (in winter) outside or inside as well. You will also have the occasion to taste the delicious brushetta, hamburgers with Nantes' curé (Curepaille) or the roquefort (Roquepaille) added by the Bacon and pepper sauce (Pipper Paille). Croque monsieurs, salads, dishes based on meats, foie gras of fig, smoked salmon supplement the menu. But what makes this place so special, the famous unique Belgian fries with guérande salt and basil. They are cooked in the beef fat not refined (called the white ox), sweet at will and much more digestible. Frites à la graisse bœuf (façon belge) excellentes et en quantité.
Par contre il faut y aller quand il fait beau, car sur le trottoir, c'est en courant d'air !

J'ai commandé par Uber eat et j'ai appelé aussi vite que possible le resto pour informer d'une allergie au fromage, comme indiquer sur le site. J'ai reçu un burger plein de fromage. Je rappelle donc et on me dit que c'est comme ça que je n'avais pas prévenu assez tôt. Je leur est signifié le manque du sens du commerce et le monsieur au téléphone était extrêmement insolant. J'ai donc payé 14e pour un burger qui finira dans ma poubelle !
