DELIKATESSEN HOT DOG

Well-known in the United States and Canada, delicatessens are delicatessens offering ready-to-eat and take-away products. They are veritable institutions of the urban landscape across the Atlantic. In Nantes, Delikatessen (spelled with a "K" instead of a "C") is Franck's itinerant restaurant on a three-wheeled bicycle! The "K" is an obvious reference to his first name, but it also stands for "Quality", as he will tell you with a sense of humor. Because that's what Frankie is all about: good humor, enthusiasm and a smile to welcome and delight his customers, whatever the weather! You'll recognize him by his black dress code, including the large umbrella (or parasol) under which he prepares his authentic Nantes hot dogs! On the menu, affordable formulas with genuine 100% pure Alsatian beef sausage: we'll make the exception this time for the Nantes side. On the other hand, special brioche bread made by an artisan baker in Nantes. There's also a "vegan hot dog" option with tofu and soy for allergy sufferers or vegetarians (or vegans). For meat lovers, try the "Original" hot dog with its classic bread, sausage and mustard base, topped with pickles. Or the "Chessy" with the same base plus a cheddar sauce and fried onions. Or the "hop' dog" (with honey and relish) or the "green touch" (does Franck follow Nantes' famous green line?) with guacamole, corn... These "hot dogs" are good, hearty and tasty. With chips for starters and a nice dessert (chocolate cream and speculos) or real English popcorn (without colorants or preservatives), you're a bit of an English Man or Woman in New York, but all (tou)... in Nantes. When he's not in the city center at lunchtime, Franck can be found at your private events, with his^2nd hat and his catering business, where he cooks good Nantes hot-dogs, but not only!
