La Boule Carrée Elephant is a bakery, pastry and coffee at a time. Located next to the Musical Ride of the Sea (and therefore our famous elephant). Opened in the early morning for a gourmet breakfast, the boutique welcomes guests until 20 p. m. and continues. There are, of course, many breads, a good part of which is made with bios. We come here for the famous tradition wand but also the "square elephant" ball, the great complete, special breads like the Ciabbata, or the little ", the VIP square… At the time of breakfast (or taste it), you can taste the 100% pure butter pastries, but also the revisited financiers (pistachio/chocolate) or raspberry. We have coconut rocks, tartlets, muffins and other delicacies. The beautiful bright space, the wooden tables allow a pleasant break before or after a dynamic visit on the site of sites so close to the Loire. Of course, at lunchtime, you come to the many sandwiches, salads, affordable formulas, allowing you to eat on the spot, on site or to take away. Contemporary spirit, the place is pleasant to relax around a fresh orange juice, a tea… La Boule Carrée Elephant also carries out special orders for any type of event. Every season his sweets, wanders at Christmas, Patties for the Epiphany. With sometimes, so close, the surprising barrissement of the elephant!
