The Foodtruck de Morgana is Coclé. All green dressed, it the streets of Nantes (see its Facebook to know its locations) and offers quality cuisine, local and made "truck". Here are no burgers but soups, salads (semolina, smoked mackerel, orange segments, red onions and rockets), salty pies (spicy ground beef) or hot dishes such as these chickpeas, cucumber salad, pita and lemon yoghurt sauce. In dessert, a hazelnut or white cheese, crumble and strawberry grout. All of Coclé's cuisine is made from fresh products and if possible nearby. Bon also provides catering services for individuals and professionals.
