Raphaël Cacheux dreamed of being a musician, but since 2018 he's been behind the drums at this 150-cover restaurant nestled in the Les Hameaux Bio biocoop, east of Nantes. The menu changes daily, with the chef finding inspiration in the store's stalls of seasonal produce from local organic producers. You can enjoy 1 meat dish or 3 vegetarian offerings, such as the new galettes. Enjoy a delicious meal that respects the planet and your health!

Idéal! 10ème fois et toujours autant impressionné par la qualité des plats proposés! A chaque fois, on en prend plein les papilles! Tout est bio, fait sur place, le jour même et toujours avec du choix végétarien. Cet endroit est incroyable, à ne pas rater. Merci et bravo à toute l’équipe!

Cantine simple, spacieuse et propre. Les personnes qui servent sont chaleureuses, les plats délicieux. On peut prendre un peu de tout, pas besoin de choisir. C'est vraiment plein de saveurs, de l'entrée au dessert.
