Chance sometimes makes things right! Well known to the people of Nantes, the specialist shop specialising in the stuffed rice dumpling was set up at the end of 2018 on the corner of Rue Fouré! We can only advise you too much to take the formula with both Suppli and Arancini for twice as much pleasure! Of Roman origin, Suppli would take its name from the French word "surprise": you bite into a fried bite without seeing what's inside... but the palate is not mistaken and savour this ball of tomato risotto with Parmesan cheese, fresh basil, a thinly sliced carrot/onion containing a heart of melting mozzarella cheese. As for the arancini, a rice cone garnished with rice, it comes from Sicily and is available in several recipes revisited here: Vegetable Garden, Farmer's, Braised Beef, New Delhi as well as two offers updated every week, Arancifish and Weekly such as the exotic Rougaïl Saucisse. If you want to finish with a sweet touch, a plethora of delicious desserts are offered to you such as tiramisu apples speculoos, rice pudding, a ribbon of chocolate mousse and other fruity sweets. In short, a wide range of flavours based on fresh and home-cooked raw products. Consume without moderation!
