TAPAGE FOOD ET DWICHS
Valentin Fétiveau, the committed man at the helm of this bar-cave focused entirely on bulk and local produce, has plenty to delight those who drop in for a drink. And he's given a funny name to his virtuous sandwiches, called dwichs. Spread on good organic bread from the Arlot Cheng bakery, Valentin's fresh, hearty dwiches play the local card to the hilt. Dwich with local tomme and onions preserved in beer, dwich with fresh goat's cheese, honey, rosemary and Espelette pepper... At lunchtime, on site or to take away, you can also munch on buns made with local produce, including a vegetarian bun. Sweet tooths will love the homemade cakes from Little britain café, of which Valentin is a fan. In the evening, the offer (on site only) expands. In addition to grilled cheese (cheese dwiches), you'll be tempted by artisan chorizo from the Suzin wood farm, a board of local cheeses, homemade lentil hummus, eggplant caviar from the Arche farm... All to be enjoyed with one of 34 local beverages available on draught and in a variety of formats. Ideal for an aperitif with friends.
