A few steps from the Conservatory and the Regional Hotel, on the island of Nantes, Sandrine welcomes you to this pretty gastronomic canteen in the south, decorated in pink, red, white and grey with fridges where you can help yourself. Here, we practice a market cuisine that is renewed daily. Every day, the slate offers a dish (meat or fish), a quiche, a mixed salad or soup, as well as excellent desserts. Everything is prepared homemade with local products, guaranteed freshness, so you can try the great classics of French cuisine but the chef will pleasantly surprise you with crispy skates or prawn skewers.
