AU GOÛT DE LA RUE
Food-truck offering original burgers, poke bowls and homemade seasonal cuisine in Nantes.
This is the story of Delphine and Jennifer, two childhood friends who grew up in Chantenay and who, one day, decided to change careers to devote themselves to their passion. One left the computers, the other the planes, and in 2015, they decided to take up a profession in line with their values: home-made, seasonal cooking, which wanders according to their memories of travels, because they are real travellers. Europe, Asia, Africa and the West Indies, where they have traveled, are real inspirations for their culinary proposals. Their specialty: the İ-Tal burger, whose tasty veggie steak made with mushrooms and comté cheese will blow you away with its gustatory quality! Aboard their food truck, you will surely come across them on festivals and events in the Nantes region... from the Voyage à Nantes to the Jardin extraordinaire via the Mauves Balneaire hold and the Nuit des Tables de Nantes or even the Scènes Vagabondes and Goûtez électronique... they are there to share their recipes based on fresh and local products: sandwiches, soups, stewed dishes and other bo bun without forgetting the delicious homemade cakes... You will enjoy a pesto rosso/fresh goat sandwich, a tom kha kaï, a poké bowl, a laab kaï, a sausage rougail, a pulled pork burger or the famous Croustinay (crispy fish pie). Need a caterer? You can also hire their services for festive events such as weddings, birthdays or company meals thanks to privatization. The pleasure is Au Goût de la Rue !
