A stone's throw from the Gloriette swimming pool and right next to the La Scierie bar, a street-food restaurant specializing in burgers and rolls opened in 2024. At the helm of this little restaurant are Mérouane and Stanley, backed up by Tom to serve us. A dozen tasty burger recipes, including the Cheese Burg, the Blue Mountain and the Nantais (100% pure beef steak, Curé nantais, pickled onions, turkey bacon, mustard sauce and honey) are sure to please. You can enjoy them to take away or on the premises, in the large dining room upstairs and on the mezzanine, or on the lovely terrace in fine weather. You'll also want to try the rolls, hearty sandwiches filled with long brioche bread made by a local baker (Pain Roll), with great recipes like the Beef Roll (BBQ marinated beef, grilled peppers, red onions, cheddar sauce), or the famous Pull Beef Roll with pulled beef. The menu is accompanied by a choice of fresh French fries with cheddar bacon or forest-style sauce. Don't forget the Caesar salad and the friendly " sides " with coleslaw and sweet potato fries for a change from the classic fries. Finally, a few sweet treats with speculo cheesecake, tiramisu or brioche perdue. Smiling, enthusiastic young people!
