LE BADERIOC
Restaurant offering a simple but effective traditional cuisine, served in the dining room or on the terrace in Nantes.
Didier created Le Badérioc, sold it in 2012 and bought it back in 2014. So here it is back, restated, with the clear ideas and an overwhelming energy that it puts (almost) entirely at the service of its restaurant. The Badérioc is the canteen that we would have dreamed of, with good recipes like our mom! The Badérioc that means garden loungers in which we like to relax. It is the place where we are well, relaxed, in the image of the place and the kitchen served there. Traditional, simple and efficient cuisine; in the right-hand room, the dishes and quantities are chosen according to their convenience: compound salads, quiches and tartins, but also chicken coco mango, coconut-coated salmon, minister to the two purées, oven, classic burger (or vegetarian) of poultry colombo, sausage redberry, chicken to citrus fruits and romarine, small saltwater to the lenses… Don't miss the fabulous home desserts: Choco-raspberry cake, choco-almond, chocolate pie, coconut rock, lemon pie, crumble apples or incredible muffins in Nutella… The room is upstairs, but it is on the terrace (on the pedestrian street!) that you have to come and enjoy these small homemade dishes. To eat on site or to take away.
