In the heart of Nantes, a few steps away from Commerce, Stand by Coffee is a salad bar, a wraps bar, and a smoothies bar but also a café offering hot drinks and homemade pastries. Here, you can choose from wraps, bagels and salads made from fresh, local products (lamb's lettuce from Saint-Julien-de-Concelles, tomatoes from La Chevrolière, new potatoes from Noirmoutier, aubergines from Guérande, red fruits from Saint-Hilaire-la-Forêt...), and good quality. You can enjoy the Thai salad (chicken, green curry, coconut cream, rice with three flavours, raw vegetables...).) or the Caesar, with its green salad, fusili, breaded chicken, cherry tomatoes, croutons, parmesan cheese, olives, nuts and Caesar sauce, or the Spanish salad with its holiday colours and the flavours of escape : green salad, pasta, chorizo, candied tomato, red peppers, olives, corn, cheese, Andalusian sauce (peppers and tomatoes), or the Lebanese: green salad, bulgur-quinoa duo, chickpea falafel, coriander, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red cabbage, feta, zaatar and sesame crumbs (thyme and grilled sesame), sesame tahini sauce. We finish with a homemade dessert: chocolate and Kinder gourmet muffins, or rice pudding, or fruit salad... Drinks are also delicious: Tropical Sunshine smoothie (apple, passion fruit, mango, pineapple) or a thirst-quenching Fresh Summer (strawberry, lemon, apple), or Green Power with pineapple, ginger, mint and apple. And all this for a very interesting quality-price ratio!
