Welcome to the Liège waffle cave (or waffle in English) inaugurated at the end of 2019 by Patrice Marquis, the manager of the Rock à gogo store just around the corner! With its oil-blue wall, exposed stones, ceiling beams and metal hangings, this coffee shop has a rock and roll feel to it! This originality can be found in the dishes proposed by Sab la cuisinière, homemade with fresh products and renewed every day. Because yes, here we serve waffles at all hours but as we are a bit rock and roll, we also propose you to taste, at your lunch break, jacket potatoes, ravioles, paninis or sandwiches. And the waffle is not only to be savoured in a sweet version, but also in a savoury one with this large size with big blown bubbles such as the crushed bubble waffle of pumpkin with hazelnuts, onion pickles, Granny Smith and mackerel rillettes. Of course you can also melt for the delicious goat's cheese and fig rosemary ravioli. And then at the snack break we can't resist a good fruit juice squeezed before our very eyes and a succulent waffle with clementine marmalade and its very tasty supreme, a quarter of candied clementine gorged with juice, which is sure to make us want to come back! And if you hang around on the side of the island of Versailles, you will surely come across Titouan and his scooter on Saturday and Sunday afternoons on the quays of the Erdre... something to delight you even while you're out and about!
