Charming address with a shaded terrace where the cuisine is original and refined
Located in a street with almost forgotten medieval appearance of the city centre, the Cap multiplies the arguments in its favor. The framework, first, charming, modern, concealing behind the walls with half-timbered walls two rooms with the decoration, stone walls and wooden furniture skated. In the fine days, the Cap grows a little further: The terrace, shaded, spacious, surely one of the most beautiful and quiet in Nantes. The kitchen, since we almost forgot that one comes here to eat, is original and refined: Spring roll with langoustines, seabream tartar, crab cake in la, fillets of mullet stuffed with lemons candied, square of lamb with pistachio crust… Gourmets will be able to prolong the pleasure with desserts, including the sandblasted tartelette with strawberries and its lemon cream or extraordinary chocolate cake, which is served in the leaves of trees, all accompanied with a good glass wine or fruit juice. And cherry on the cake, the service is nice and smiling. The Bouchon, far from being tape, is a jealously guarded address of connoisseurs.
