À BOIRE ET À MANGER
A very nice little address offering homemade food a few steps from the market in Nantes.
In the Chantenay district, a few steps from the city hall, there has been a very nice small address since spring 2016: To drink and eat. Karine Bourgeois is a mistress on board. In its restaurant, which strikes immediately, it is the friendly atmosphere that prevails there. Come here friends and employees in the neighborhood for a delightful and unshrouded break. Side deco, we love the neo-bistro spirit: antique furniture, old wine crates and fashionable wallpaper. Total success! At the slate, it is a home-made kitchen that changes every day. You can start the meal with a velvette-ginger velocity (unless you prefer the crab clamp and its mayo), continue with a lamb shoulder in the east (or a back of a coconut and coconut carrot garden) and finish with lemon/cinnamon rice. To note, on Wednesday, A drink and eat offers burgers such as the calf to the Italian or pané chicken, spicy mayonnaise and crunchy vegetables at basil (chic, no? ). Copious and well executed, the kitchen is good! At the time of the aperitif, you will be able to enjoy the dinner of a foie gras or a back of place in crust. Drink and eat don't forget the taste lovers because they will find tea, coffee and other sweet things that will accompany the drinks beautifully. A pretty address! Regularly, A drink and eat organizes tasting evenings, visit Facebook to know the dates.
