Inter-company restaurant offers menus made from fresh products in Nantes.
From Nantes or living in the region, you should inevitably have already passed in the activity area of Nant'est Entreprises in the east of Nantes, along Route de Paris and to the borders of Sainte-Luce-sur-Loire. More than 400 establishments are located there. But what you might not know is that the Nant'est Entreprises association, which federates 160 companies of the area, is owner of an intercompany restaurant, Restaurant de l'Aubinière, open to all. Whether you are a member of the association or not, you can come and have lunch there at lunchtime and taste menus prepared with fresh ingredients. The cuisine is run by the group of mass catering "Ansamble" which works with Esat Nantest and helps ensure the job of about ten disabled collaborators. Melon, Piedmontese, mushrooms a in the Greek style, cold meats as a starter; grilled meats, fish fillet, couscous, poultry, always accompanied by vegetables, rice or pasta as a main course and for the dessert: chocolate mousse, stuffed pancake, coconut pie, cottage cheese... The choice is varied and the dishes quality. The place is of course open to groups and other business seminars.
