It was a wonderful family adventure that guided the creation of this café-bar-restaurant in 2021, located not far from Nantes University. Isabelle Hurtin and her three daughters have set up this beautiful place, shaded by greenery. It's a rural setting, yet you're in the heart of Nantes. Green, too, on the plates, with local produce. Like the mackerel gravlax, beet and shallot tartar or the Breton kebab. For a toast, don't miss Mamarronnier, a blond beer with hints of chestnuts. Bar service with brass band evenings and numerous concerts.
