Gourmet restaurant offering a nice wine list to eat good products in Nantes.
The Instinct Gourmand is two pretty sobbly rooms where you appreciate the clarity of the places and the friendliness of Thomas, boss and every day in service. In the kitchen where Sylvain (patron) is involved, it is a seasonal and seasonal cuisine that is privileged even if the Instinct gourmand is intended to be a «bistro without label». At noon, the P 'tite Currency menu is simple and delicate. Ok, I don’t have really words for that magic what I got, it’s not food anymore it’s art, we had a 3 course menu and you could choose between different types of food, and it was delicious! You should reserve and call for a table 2-4 days ahead!
And the people working there are working with there whole heart !!!!
Next time I’m in Nantes I will definitely come back!

Excellent food, the chef really understands flavour and the combinations are perfect. We had 3 courses but they also give amuse bouche and predessert. It is not expensive compared to the quality of the restaurant. The serving lady was very warm and friendly
