CAFE DU MATIN
Simple, extra-fresh dishes direct from the Talensac market across the street.
Café du Matin is the Talensac shopkeepers' den, where everyone knows each other and the atmosphere is warm and friendly. There's no doubt that the produce served here is extra-fresh, and that it's particularly well cooked and showcased in simple but rudely good dishes! The menu features a seasonal menu, with fresh produce from the Talensac market just across the road... We've got the house favourites, with chef Clea Pabisz's country terrine, and a triple cro'k in three sizes, depending on your appetite, a signature dish... hearty and tasty; not forgetting the homemade sweets, including the gourmet plates to finish on a high note... A real treat for the palate! On weekends, take advantage of the charcuterie, cheese and oyster platters, accompanied, of course, by a glass of Muscadet, for a break before, during or after strolling through the Talensac market. A safe, authentic bet, with impeccable service and no fuss. And products from the Talensac market, of course!
