CHEZ MAURİCE
Bar-brewery offering tapas and home-made seasonal dishes in Nantes.
It is fifty metres from the Pont Saint-Mihiel, in place of the Déjeuner sur l'Erdre since November 2018, that Maurice welcomes you, or rather Gooby and his team, in this lively and benevolent bar-brasserie! Gooby is used to this kind of exercise. After working at the Goo bar, Chez Mauricette and the Bistrot de l'Île, he is renewing the experience by offering a friendly and welcoming setting where regular customers mingle with customers who drop in unexpectedly to savour a nice moment. The smiling waitresses are at your service and the cooks, Pierre and Morgan, are at the top of their game: whether you opt for tapas or a dish from the à la carte menu or even the daily menu, you'll be delighted with seasonal homemade products! Inventive recipes full of fragrant flavours such as the grilled prawns brochette with Cajun and aioli spices or the roasted Saint Marcellin cheese with honey, onion confit and grilled toast that are to die for! And of course you can sip a drink on the beautiful terrace in the summer. Erdre meetings, garage sales, musical evenings, privatizations... all the pretexts are good reasons to go there!
