LE SAINT MIHIEL
Brasserie with terrace in Nantes offering traditional cuisine, a menu of classic dishes and homemade pizzas
Situated opposite the Saint-Mihiel bridge, on the banks of the Erdre river, you can sit down in this small brasserie: you can choose between the pretty and cosy interior room or the outdoor terrace to enjoy the relaxing view it offers. In the plates, you can enjoy traditional French cuisine with, for example, as an appetizer: a Picardy string, a cervelas in vinaigrette. The dishes of the day include saddle of rabbit with cider and tarragon, mackerel with chervil, red mullet fillet with roasted sesame seeds in a shellfish and zucchini and eggplant brunoise sauce, or a can leg in an orange sauce with potatoes or more classic dishes from the à la carte menu: andouillettes, Saint-Mihiel burger, lasagne, duck confit, or homemade pizzas: la Bonito (pepper, onion confit, marinated tuna, sesame seed), la Diavola (mozza and chorizo). And we finish with a good dessert: the chocolate coulant or the crème brûlée. Simple and effective!
