Situated between the Vannes roundabout and the SNUC, Le Frencheese is Tim's pleasant brasserie whose friendly welcome and simplicity will make you feel right at home. You can settle down in the bright room or on the terrace to enjoy a traditional French cuisine prepared with care. On the menu that day, as a starter, you can enjoy a tomato salad with walnuts and feta, or a beef carpaccio with parma or a mozzarella di buffala and tomatoes. To follow, you can enjoy the beautiful beef brochette with homemade fries, or the salmon steak with white butter, or the fish and chips with tartar sauce. And finally, we finish on a sweet and greedy note with the delicious fruit crumble, or the half-cooked chocolate, or the peach melba...In the evening the menu is extended with a few more dishes: Landes salad, with three ducks, duck foie gras and its chutney. The wines proposed by Tim allow beautiful matches with the dishes: the Pic Saint-Loup, reserve Les Almades or the Saint-Georges-Saint-Emilion Maisonneuve have particularly caught our attention. A place that deserves a detour!
