In this bright establishment with a cozy, industrial look, you'll find three new dishes every week: one meat, one veg, one fish. Grandma-style mashed sausage, gin-infused beef tartare with pommes grenaille, forest-style pasta, oyster mushroom risotto, tuna tataki with fragrant rice... In the evening, a wide choice of platters completes the menu. The menu also features a selection of around a hundred wines for excellent pairings. It changes frequently, and you're sure to make some discoveries: all wines are available by the glass.
