Guillaume and Esther's ambition is to bring young and old together in a convivial atmosphere. First and foremost, it's a butcher's shop offering beef cut and matured on the premises. Then there's the restaurant, where you can sample delicious home-cooked dishes such as fish quenelle, Limousin beef curry and home fries cooked in grapeseed oil. You can also sip a coffee on the terrace, take part in a workshop and discover designer exhibitions "kranquillement".
