SAIN
Café, delicatessen and restaurant with fine bistronomic cuisine.
At the end of rue Joffre, a gourmet nugget. Two brothers, Samuel and Josselin, invite you to enjoy a HEALTHY moment. The place is part café, part restaurant, part delicatessen. Josselin brilliantly masters the art of bistronomic cuisine. Beautiful appetizers before a beef tataki or a buckwheat-grilled saithe put us in awe. In the evening, we share platters, tapas or the chef's dishes. The vegetables come from the family market garden in Guérande, and the bread comes from the excellent Painbar in Nantes. SAIN (a contraction of Samuel et Josselin) is also a wine cellar.
