Family-run brasserie close to the Cité des Congrès to enjoy traditional, high-quality cuisine
Stars are one thing. But Mathieu Pérou, chef at Manoir de la Régate, also wants to enjoy traditional, high-quality, affordable cuisine. Together with his sister Anne-Charlotte and her husband Pierre Lochu, the trio are at the helm of this pretty brasserie with a Parisian flair. Next door to the Cité des Congrès, it's an invitation to relax. At lunchtime on weekdays, you can take advantage of market formulas, including a vegetarian dish to make sure you don't forget anyone. In the evening, a tempting all-inclusive formula will delight your taste buds. From 2 p.m., the "petites faims" formula is available: a croque-monsieur with truffled ham, a platter of cheeses or artisanal and regional charcuterie... Those with a sweet tooth can opt for a giant cookie or a sweet of the day. Wines from the Nantes vineyards and other local beverages and regional beers allow Christophe Hu, the sommelier, to delight us with his passionate advice.

Les ravioles, une merveille ! Vraiment !
