At the helm of this beautiful bistro are Arthur and Guillaume, both graduates of the same sommelier and wine merchant training program. And always the talented chef Benjamin. An à l'ardoise formula, fresh produce, beautiful presentation, great flavours. And the must-haves on the menu. There's a choice of two starters, two main courses and two desserts each day, as well as a veggie dish, a burger, the salad of the moment and the butcher's cut (of French origin). And don't forget the super café gourmand or Beillevaire cheese platter. In the evening, the chef's elaborate tapas invite you to relax around this wine bar and caviste. Mostly Loire wines, but also bubbles and other nuggets from our terroirs.
