Restaurant offering a warm setting to enjoy cuisine based on organic, seasonal and local produce in Nantes.
Simone&Co's committed caterers concoct dishes based on their producers in short circuits: they supply downgraded, organic and seasonal produce. It's all about inspiration! You can taste them through their Club Colette canteen, on site or with jars to take away. It's a cosy place to stop for lunch or a snack, a coffee, to work or read, enveloped by the retro orange, wood and dried flower decor. Among the treats on offer are home-made pastries (cannelé, financier, cookie...) and comforting drinks (chaï latte, lait d'or...) or fresh local beverages (Symples iced infusions, fruit juices, Tête haute brasserie...).
