Alexandra has taken over this characteristic bistro in Saint-Donatien, a stone's throw from the basilica and the food shops (with which she works). After some refurbishment and a redesigned menu, she welcomes locals and visitors with open arms, any time of day on weekdays. At lunchtime, the kitchens open up to offer a fine bistro-style menu featuring everything homemade (terrine, flank steak, vegetarian lasagne). The rest of the day, the Saint Do is in café mode, until the evening when the aperitif can be enhanced with tapas and natural wine.
