Behind the dapper yellow façade lies a small, neighborhood-style resto/teahouse. Fresh, sustainable and a warm welcome. At the stove and in the dining room, twins Bertille and Adèle. Born and raised in Nantes, the two Sarthoises are only 25 years old but have already built up a captivating career. Passionate about food, the former dietitians have put their passion into action with a cuisine in line with their values: healthy, balanced eating, with a healthy dose of pleasure. On the plate, this translates into a roasted carrot-curry-chicken-feta quiche, a caramelized tofu wrap, a quinoa salad with fig energy ball, a chocolate and chestnut cream fondant. Healthy and creative.
