Located in the Bottière Chênaie district, this restaurant combines quality and hospitality, with its warm, modern decor, spacious surroundings and Patrice Merlet's cuisine. Starters include fresh goat's cheese piquillos with honey, thyme and pine nuts, or Thai salmon tataki with vegetable pickles. As for the main courses, fresh produce takes pride of place, with roast duck with its hearty jus and pommes grenailles! The 2 potes Charolais or vegetarian burger with home fries is unforgettable, as is the traditional pot-au-feu. A sweet ending: the royal chocolate! Very professional and attentive service from Cédric and his team.
