From the top of the butte Sainte-Anne, L'Atlantide 1874-Maison Guého, a Michelin-starred restaurant, offers an exceptional view of the city of the Dukes and the Loire that flows through it. The food here is as delicious for the taste buds as it is for the eyes. Enjoy roasted pollack, zucchini violon and tomato-curry condiment before poached baba with lime-vanilla. For gourmets, the menu offers gastronomic treasures: local lobster en cocotte, a dish of fresh morel mushrooms or roasted turbo with spirulina butter accompanied by artichoke poivrade tempura. Nous avons eu l'occasion de déjeuner à la maison Guého. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié des plats très raffinés et bien présentés avec une cuisson juste au top. De plus nous avons passé une nuit dans une chambre donnant sur la Loire avec petit déjeuner au matin. Nous avons passé un agréable moment chez vous grâce à l'idée d'une carte cadeau qui nous a été offerte. C'était une super idée. D'ailleurs, je pense en faire profiter mes proches, très bientôt.
