In this house steeped in family history, Mathieu and his sister Anne-Charlotte grew up in the hustle and bustle of the kitchens. A symphony of flavors in 3, 6, 8 or 10 beats: that's Mathieu Pérou's alchemy. The young chef skilfully plays with the taste buds according to the inspiration provided by the ingredients of the day, straight from the Erdre. Sometimes forgotten fish are revisited and sublimated. Hats off to the chef, justly awarded a Michelin star and a green star. In the dining room, Anne-Charlotte and her team offer a warm welcome. At table, a gustatory odyssey where eyes and hearts are filled with beauty and goodness. Excellent wine list.

" étrange ", je ne me suis pas toujours sentie à l'aise, le personnel semblait malheureux ... en tout cas c'est comme ça que je l'ai ressenti, rarement un sourire, très évitant, peut-être juste stressé... mais ça fait pas très chaleureux et si j'en parle c'est parce que ça joue sur l'expérience du client.
