Sincere, perfectly mastered cuisine from a duo of chefs.
"To do something with one's soul, creativity or love, to put a part of oneself into one's work" is the Greek meaning of Meraki. The expression has become the mantra of chefs Maxime and Clément. After working in various kitchens and as home chefs, the duo opened their own establishment to treat us to sincere, perfectly mastered cuisine. On the menu that day: white tuna and basil dashi, carrot and toast, pollack and smoked eel, zucchini and nasturtium. To finish, fig and popcorn. A colorful bouquet of flavors, further enhanced by a fine selection of organic wines.
