The atmosphere at Les Cadets is uncluttered, bright and warm. Charles and Tristan Bernabé are at the helm of the establishment, with their extraordinary talent. With a subtle touch, the two starred brothers work with seasonal, local produce and a fine selection of wines. A unique and deliciously iodized lunch menu is offered in four sequences. Mussels from La Plaine-sur-Mer with almonds and bissap, mackerel from La Turballe with red bell pepper, pollack with zucchinis and seaweed, peach and sage carpaccio... For an even more gourmet experience, let yourself be dizzied by the five- or seven-sequence menus. A warm welcome and great professionalism. The Cadets are truly great.

Le bémol: le menu imposé, très en vogue, il n'en demeure pas moins risqué et la compromission requise pour eviter de rebuter certains clients oblige parfois a des concessions culinaires qui font globalement baisser le niveau des plats. La qualité du travail sur chaque plat est toutefois à mettre en avant.
La déco est très sobre pour ne pas dire austère.
Bref je recommande cette adresse.
