The atmosphere at Les Cadets is uncluttered, bright and warm. Charles and Tristan Bernabé are at the helm of the establishment, with their extraordinary talent. With a subtle touch, the two starred brothers work with seasonal, local produce and a fine selection of wines. A unique and deliciously iodized lunch menu is offered in four sequences. Mussels from La Plaine-sur-Mer with almonds and bissap, mackerel from La Turballe with red bell pepper, pollack with zucchinis and seaweed, peach and sage carpaccio... For an even more gourmet experience, let yourself be dizzied by the five- or seven-sequence menus. A warm welcome and great professionalism. The Cadets are truly great.

Open Tuesday to Friday, lunchtime from 12.15pm to 2pm and evenings from 7.15pm. Children's menu: €24 (up to age 10). Lunch formula: 36 € (lunch in four sequences). Wine by the glass. Carte blanche in 5 or 7 courses (€80 and €100). Cheques not accepted. Terrace.
