Les Chants d'Avril is a gourmet and surprising bistro with a bistronomic spirit with its two rooms: the painting room which has preserved painted paintings dating back to 1950, the other bistro style with a nice wooden counter where you like to be in the middle of many cases of wine. Véronique and Christophe François, wife and husband in the city, loving good food, good wine and sharing, are the owners of this warm and generous place, very original since the menu is never revealed... In the dining room, Véronique serves and advises us on wine and in the kitchen, Christophe deploys all his talents to (re)create the dishes. At Les Chants d'Avril, there is the surprise slate: a Mystery menu that will intrigue you and that we only reveal to you partially with a keyword: fish, meat, vegetables... Ideal if you like the discovery and the unexpected of these Chants d'Avril which reserve excellent surprises. We can mention for example the tartar of duck breast, salicornia and homemade hummus, a creamy beetroot toad and marinated langoustines, hazelnut oil, spices "Chants d'Avril" "shellfish and crustaceans" and lemon or a semi-cooked tuna fish caponatta eggplant, tomato, capers cooked 5 hours with a dill and tarragon pistou. And to finish gently, as a dessert: the big creamy cabbage, diplomat with tonka bean, fresh seasonal fruits (strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant, rhubarb, blueberry)... The wine is also a mystery: white, red or rosé, it will be proposed to you according to the menu (you can leave with the bottle opened). Les Chants d'Avril are also the creators of a line of peppers available at the restaurant or on order. Among the eight perfumes, choose the one that suits you: Le Poivre de M.
