In this restaurant, since 2018, the art of service sublimates the art of cuisine. Chef Alexandre Pichard proposes creative and delicate dishes, while sommelier Valentin Maillet invites you to enjoy delicious food and wine pairings. Quality dishes transcend tastes through a bold search for flavor. You'll be surprised by a pink trout and shellfish boudin, pearly hake with green apple tartar, sweet-spiced grenaille potatoes from Noirmoutier, onion purée and spinach shoots. Before finishing on a deliciously sweet note: creamy corn, Swiss meringue and popcorn praline heart or candied pear with lemon caramel. An excellent address.

Les plats étaient magnifiques, les associations de saveurs au top, c’était un festival pour les papilles.
Mon dessert au potimarron, châtaigne, kumquat et citron kalamansi était un régal.
En plus les accords mets / vins étaient parfaitement choisis.
