A successful blend of French gastronomy and Mexican cuisine.

Agave? A fatty plant (from which tequila is made) that evokes the Mexican origins of chef Oscar Becerril. Surrounded by a Franco-Mexican team, the chef creates sparks behind the stove. A warm welcome guaranteed in a place where the charm of old stone subtly blends with bright colors. Menus vie with each other in creativity, using fresh seasonal produce from nearby producers: Carquefou, Vertou, Saint-Père-en-Retz... The choice of dishes is deliberately limited to ensure that quality and flavour are the order of the day. The result: a perfect blend of French gastronomy and Mexican cuisine.
