ELMA
Unusual restaurant offering bistronomic cuisine inspired by other parts of the world, prepared by the chef with seasonal produce.
If you like the unusual corners of Nantes, don't miss this restaurant. Nestled next to La Ruche Theater, near Place Viarme, Elma restaurant feels like home, with an intimate feel. Elena Solorzano, sommelier and chef de salle, and Maxime Robinet, her cooking partner, work with seasonal products to be as close as possible to the producers, the Kiosque Paysan or the fishermen of Brittany. A different menu is offered every week. The bistronomic menu has inspirations from elsewhere. The pigeon ravioli for Asia, the scampi for the Mexican note or the veal tartar for Italy, in the good county of France. A real treat.
