PILGRIM RESTAURANT
After the cosmopolitan Bonbourg bar-restaurant, Louise Pacaud and Benjamin Guiffant have once again broken new ground in the city of the Dukes with Pilgrim. On Place Graslin, the globe-trotting couple's brasserie catches the eye with its gently offbeat British decor. Almond green walls, wood, tweed, tartan, small lounges and the Queen of England in her frame... A cosy atmosphere guaranteed. On the plate, the Anglo-Saxon influence is definitely there. Examples include the weekend fish & chips, pulled pork with pickled onions, veggie burger and more. Or, on the sweet side, blueberry cake, chocolate bomb, fig and pastry. Everything is beautifully presented, and the flavors are carefully crafted. Both in the kitchen and in the dining room, the young team brings a real touch of dynamism. A fine selection of spirits.
