Located near Paris'roundabout, this cottage has many advantages for who wants to spend a week in the city, whether for business or for a holiday period. Only five minutes from the centre of Nantes by bus, the apartment is still in calm and a terrace overlooking the garden of the residence allows to relax outdoors during the beautiful season. Comfortably equipped (washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave ovens and traditional, unlimited WiFi…), clean and beautifully decorated, it can accommodate four people (one bedroom with a large bed and one second with two twin beds). A private underground car park is also available for guests.
