The central location of the site can be noted as immersed in the heart of Nantes Island (opposite the Sports Palace). On the other hand, the public welcomed here is rather varied: composed of employees or employees who do not always have the means to find an immediate home, but also apprentices, trainees, students or any other person in professional mobility. Resilient, it's 136 studios equipped and furnished with basics to feel comfortable, furniture, a sofa bed (provided bed linen) kitchenette, fridge, kitchen equipment and of course water, electricity, collective heating and secure bicycle parking, an automatic laundry. The 20 square-meter studios are bright and have a view of the new district in the developing area of Nantes Island not far from the famous elephant elephant. A vertiginous lift allows you to access the different floors of these modern buildings with some studios, a view of the Loire and the very colorful buildings, no doubt we are here in the heart of the new city! These accommodations are therefore a step (before you can find the housing of their dreams) for a reasonable budget with personalized advice: a very laudable mission in the heart of the city!
