At the Site-La Chantrerie site, the Ecole Nationale Vétérinaire de Nantes has a Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Vétérinaire, occupying 10 000 m ² of buildings. The hospital welcomes your pets by appointment for general or specialized consultations (dermatology, parasitology, mycology, surgery-anesthesiology, nutrition…) or for emergencies at any time of day or night. It has a quality technical plateau: surgical equipment, anesthesia, medical imaging and accommodation suitable for hospitalization and intensive care. On the ground floor, the emergency service provides for the reception of animal owners, surgical surgery and the monitoring of hospitalized animals. Care is provided by students supervised by confirmed veterinarians. This solution reduces veterinary costs, with rates close to 30% lower than usual rates. The establishment also covers livestock, equidae and more unusual species of zoos or exposure.
