The Musée Dobrée in Nantes boasts an eclectic collection of permanent and temporary exhibitions.

After 12 years of renovation, the Musée Dobrée has been renovated and enlarged, with playful installations to guide visitors of all ages. Large display cases showcase the museum's collections, recounting a world history from the Neolithic to the Vendée Wars, with detours through America, Asia and Africa, notably Egypt. Thematic tours place these works and excavations in context, acquired mainly by Thomas Dobrée, who devoted his fortune to art and bequeathed everything to the department in 1894. You can also stroll through the garden, where a café is open to all.
