THE CONSTRUCTION SITE PARK
A site park known to the people of Nantes, offering a varied historical, architectural, natural and artistic heritage.
Opened in 1987, the Parc des Chantiers is a place well known to the people of Nantes and to those who pass through the city of the Dukes of Brittany. In the west of the island of Nantes, this 13-hectare park offers a varied heritage, historical, architectural, natural and artistic. You can walk between the 18 rings of Buren on the edge of the Loire, admire the elephant of the Machines and the incredible merry-go-round of the underwater worlds, but also lie down in one of the 4 gardens or on its beach, take courses at the permanent university, visit the House of men and techniques, go to the HAB Gallery, shop at the Cale 2 Créateurs... A plural and lively place, not to be missed!
