Cime is the brainchild of Esther and Gregory. The first artisan roaster of specialty coffee in Nantes, they select Arabica beans with the highest standards of quality, freshness and respect for the environment. Sacks of green coffee from Rwanda, Bolivia, Panama, Honduras, Ethiopia and El Salvador are ready for the Giesen roaster to operate: the coffee beans gain in volume, lose their moisture and release their aromas. Coffees sold as beans or ground are accompanied by an identity card, with profile and origin.
