Since 2015, two steps from the Brittany Tower, in the pleasant pedestrian street Guépin, we are welcomed by Rémi. He is an expert and gives the best advice for the preparation and tasting of quality coffees. Note that a good part of the roasting is done on the spot, guaranteeing freshness and aromas with the scents that we enjoy as soon as we enter. We come for the specialty coffees, flavored and original teas, herbal teas and selection of Bean to bar chocolates. In bulk or packaged version, we find a nice selection of organic products (or not) as well as the inevitable pods. Good news, this dark chocolate lover has become a Master Craftsman certified by the Collège Culinaire de France 2023. Rémi offers a beautiful range with the brand Terres de cafés, exclusive to Nantes, from an eco-responsible production, but also the range of the counter with the Italian blend, organic Ethiopian coffee, Mexican, Nicaragua. The terrace allows a pleasant break with hot or cold drinks on the spot or to take away. Taste the exclusive speciality teas with the Nanthé butter tea, or the Nantes cake tea... or other quality teas from the house. And especially the excellent hot chocolate with 70% organic Haitian cocoa beans, a delight. You can find Pecou sweets for all occasions. And many espresso machine accessories and gift ideas.
