INGRÉDIENT D'AFRIQUE
Moustapha Diallo, founder of the company Ingrédient d'Afrique, created in 2016, aims to promote healthy, tasty and responsible food products. The products are grown without the use of chemicals and purchased at a fair price in order to support the empowerment of African women in rural areas. The products harvested or processed by these women are purchased from the NGO. Created in 1995 in Kindia, the NGO KDF aims to train African women in rural areas in the techniques of processing and preserving local products. It operates at the local, national, sub-regional and international levels.
The aim of Ingredients d'Afrique in Nantes is to help people discover new food flavours that are full of vitality, rich in nutrients and low in sugar. The development model is inclusive, based on criteria that favour quality, taste, traditional know-how and respect for women producers. The wood products are developed using natural and organic methods and the raw products flourish in their natural environment (baobab, soumbara, tamarind). In order to contribute to the development of this sustainable African economy (generate income, educate children, create micro-enterprises) and enjoy these flavours here in France, the website allows you to buy the products directly: ingredientdafrique.com
